Art Fandel joined Parsons, Anderson and Gee, in 1992, and acquired the firm in 1996.  During that time, he has specialized in local and nationwide, regular and contract recruiting in management, engineering, information technology, and other professions.  Art also has expertise in all aspects of human resource management, including staffing and selection, compensation, benefits, employee relations, unemployment insurance, and contract labor, as well as outplacement and inplacement.

Before taking over Parsons, Anderson and Gee, Art spent almost 30 years at Eastman Kodak Company, where he held such titles as Director of Industrial Relations, Director of General Employment, and Director of Placement Services.

Art is an honors graduate of Boston College, where he majored in Finance.  He also attended Yale University and the London School of Economics.  He served with the U.S. Air Force in the Far East.
